Here, take this! It’s a great place to start from. It doesn’t have anything in it yet, but it has a good folder structure to start with for following along with this documentation, as well as a starter pack.mcmeta so you don’t forget that.
spawn-chaining-starter-pack.zip
In order to add a new entry to the custom property chaining whitelist that will allow properties to carry over when chaining, create a new JSON file in the /data/your_addon_name/tim_core/custom_property_whitelist directory of your addon. The name of the file must be the name of the property you want to allow.
{
"spawn_chaining:chaining": true
}
The file is made up of a map from "spawn_chaining:chaining" to whether or not the property should be added to the whitelist. By default, if an entry is not present, we assume it to be false.
In order for a property (everything from alolan to vivillon_wings) to carry over from the caught/knocked-out Pokémon to the chained Pokémon, it must be on the whitelist. You can have other properties from other mods in the same map, but the one for chaining must be in there for it to affect the chaining whitelist.
