An abstract utility class for checking entries against whitelists and blacklists. Takes an X of an entry type and Y of a whitelist/blacklist type.
Uses Pokemon for the entry type, and PokemonMatcher for the list type.
Override LimitedList and offer an entry and list type, as well as an isInList override.
